The Little Black Dress Alliance was started in 2010 as a way for local professional women to come together to support each other and the Marshall County community. Women involved in the organization have completed a higher education degree and live in Marshall County, Kansas. 

Little Black Dress Alliance aims to encourage women in their community to pursue their personal & professional goals. 

Each year, the group sponsors scholarships for graduating senior girls from a Marshall County High School. Since 2010, almost $5,000 in scholarships have been given to local women pursuing a higher education!

The group began with four women and has grown to fifteen strong in 2021!
